001 Find an image you would like to use in for your graphic, I am using this lighthouse image from Morguefile.com.

002 Right click on your layer and go to Duplicate. You could also go to, Layer -> Duplicate Layer.

003 Go to Filter -> Blur -> Motion Blur and set your settings to something similiar to mine.

004 Lastly, Set the blurred layer to overlay, and you are done!
