001 Duplicate your image layer to Screen 50%.
002 Make a Selective Colour layer, (Layer, New Adjustment Layer, Selective Colour) with the settings Cyan +100, +62, +100, +51. Blue +100, 0, 0, 0.
003 Now make a Levels layer, (Layer, New Adjustment Layer, Levels) with the middle box as 0.37
004 Now duplicate the base and set it to Soft Light.
