001 Make a new Black and White adjustment layer, (Layer-> New Adjustment Layer-> Black & White) with the following settings. Then set the layer to Overlay.
Reds 300%
Reds 300%
Yellows 38%
Greens 300%
Cyans 300%
Blues 300%
Magentas 300%
002 Make a new Selective Colour layer (Layer-> New Adjustment Layer-> Selective Color)with the Yellow settings, set to: Cyan +2, Magenta +2, Yellow -19, Black -100. Set to Color.
003 New Channel Mixer (Layer-> New Adjustment Layer-> Channel Mixer) layer with Red -10, Green +94, Blue +108.
004 Make a new layer, and then fill it with a brightish blue, I used 00d2ff. Set the layer to Softlight.
005 Duplicate the image layer twice, drag it to the top and set both to Soft Light.
