001 Make a new layer (Ctrl+Shift+N) and fill it with Orange. I used #ffaf03. Set to softlight.
002 Make a new Exposure layer (Layer-> New Adjustment Layer -> Exposure) and set the settings to: Exposure +2.22 Offset -01626 Gamma Correction 0.68
003 Set this layer to softlight.
