001 Duplicate your base and set it to Screen 100%
002 Make A New Channel Mixer Layer with the settings -> Red +100, Green +18, Blue +1.
003 Duplicate Base and set to Soft Light. Then drag to the top.
004 Make a New Curves Layer with the following settings -> Output 162, Input 93. Click OK and set to Soft Light.
