001 Duplicate your base and set it to Soft Light 100%
002 Make a New Selective Colour layer (Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Selective Colour) with the following settings.Reds Cyan +100, Magenta +100, Yellow 0, Black+100. Cyans Cyan+100, Magenta +83, Yellow +59, Black+19. Whites Cyan +47. Neutrals Black-22.
003 Next, make a Channel Mixer layer (Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Channel Mixer) with these settings- Red +81, Blue +26.
004 Set the channel mixer layer to Soft Light, and you are done :D
