001. Duplicate the Base layer and set it to Hard Light 50%.
002 Next, create a Hue/Saturation layer and make your settings - Hue -71, Saturation +100, and keep Lightness at 0. Then set this layer to Soft Light.
003 Now Make a new layer, (Shift+Ctrl+N) fill with a dark navy, [I used #130043] then set this layer to Exclusion 52%.
004 Duplicate your original image, drag it to the top and set to Soft Light 100%.
